Please be noted that the goods are purchased with discounted price, which means they are not in perfect condition.

Therefore, the company will not accept returns due to minor defects UNLESS it is major defects that make you(Customer) unable to use the product purchased from Canee Boutique.


But refunds or exchanges must be within 24 (Hour) for online store and Instagram store after receiving the item and is solely at the Company’s discretion. 


We will normally will refund in the goods:

• Do not match the description which they were sold
• Are incorrect colour or style

• Are supplied in the incorrect quantity 

• Are out of stock


Refund or exchange will not be provided if you simply want a different colour, change of specification, change a non-defentive unit for A different modal/brand, or if you simply change of mind, or slight defect, preorder item & clearance item (Lelong) or wrong quantity purchased or unsatisfied with bag. For the bag had been personalised with engrave name, return and refund are strictly not accepted . Upon Our confirmation. 


We strive to ensure every product meets our quality standards. However, we understand that occasional defects may occur. To maintain transparency, our policy distinguishes between major and minor defects as follows:

  1. Major Defects
    Major defects are significant issues that affect the product’s functionality, safety, or intended purpose, making it unusable or severely limiting its use. Examples include broken components, missing parts, or non-functioning features.
    If your bag has a major defect, we will work to resolve the matter promptly. You may be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, in accordance with our return policy terms.


  1. Minor Defects
    Minor defects are cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the bag’s functionality or intended purpose. Examples include light scratches, slight color variations, or minor blemishes.
    Some bags with minor imperfections are shipped directly from our factory outlet, as clearly stated in our product descriptions. We kindly advise customers to review this information before purchase.


  1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
    Bags with minor defects, as described above, are 
    not eligible for return or refund. The reduced pricing reflects these imperfections.
    If you receive a bag with a major defect as defined in point 1, you may request a return, refund, or replacement in line with our return policy guidelines.


If you received incorrect item, please contact us in caneeluxury@gmail.com /caneeboutique@gmail.com. We will get back to you if the item are eligible for return. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received It. It must also be in the original packagin. If an item can't be replace, the purchase price will be refunded.


The company will not be obliged to accept any goods that are damaged or tampered with in any way. Goods must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging intact, with all packaging and manuals.


We highly recommend that you retain your proof of purchase. Canee Boutique refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days. Credit card subjects to the merchant processing time. For cash payment, refunds will be wired to your bank account. When refund a product, you will be asked for your name, address, signature & bank account number under YOUR name as authorization for the refund transaction into your bank account or credit card.


Canee Boutique reserve the right to change the term and conditions of sale in any time. In the event that the company approves for refund and exchang, the customer will be notified of the appropriate procedures which must strictly be complied with in order to ensure a smooth process.


After 24 (Hour) of received the goods, any request for refund or exchanges will not be entertained.
